Pictures as well as audio-visual recordings, in which the participants can be seen, will be taken dur-ing the event for informational and promotional purposes. The consent to process the data is manda-tory for the registration: personal data’s communication is optional, the lack of consent to process them will not permit the registration and the participant will not be allowed to the event.
